Julie Sandlau product maintenance

We kindly ask you to follow our product care instructions to make sure you get the best of your Julie Sandlau Jewellery.
Please treat your product with care both when it is worn and stored.

• Gently wipe pieces with a soft cloth reguarly to keep your jewellery shining.
• Do not use jewellery cleaner on your products.
• Avoid any kind of knocks
• Keep your jewellery away from any contact with nail polish removers, perfume, soap or hairspray.
• Do not wear your jewellery when bathing or swimming. Remove your rings when you wash your hands.

We recommend that you store your jewellery separately to avoid scratches and that you store them in your original Julie Sandlau box.

Julie Sandlau Guarentee

Julie Sandlau grants a two years guarantee on our products, but differs between production errors, breaches and wear and tear.

Julie Sandlau guarantee will cover production errors, examples given: Surface discoloration or setting loses stone.

Breaches can be:
A necklace breaks or a closure breaks. If Breaches are due to maltreatment of the goods, our warranty does not cover.

Wear and Tear:
Wear and tear means that the product has been used over a long period of time and is therefore not covered by Julie Sandlau Guarantee.
Examples include but are not limited to: surface scratches, changes in character of gold plating and surface wear.

Improper repair of Julie Sandlau jewellery performed by someone else than Julie Sandlau A/S will void any guarantee.
